Although mostly consisting of small, affordable single family dwellings, there have been recent improvements in the area. A residential duplex subdivision and upgrades to the Trans Canada Trail have been helping this neighbourhood gain popularity, especially to the outdoor enthusiast. The area features a playground / park and a 400 foot tunnel that leads you to a train bridge over a popular swimming hole in theTulameen River. Keep going and the trail will take you on a historic ride to Tulameen and beyond. The original Princeton Kettle Valley Railway Station now houses the Subway and Booster Juice restaurants.
