I am celebrating 20 years in Princeton, October 2010, and I am still in love with this Town! Gorgeous mountains with green hills and the Rivers always take my breath away! Particularly in Fall with the awesome colours the Poplars’ line our banks with. Endless activities for our outdoor enthusiast include hunting ,fishing(choose from 50+ lakes!), gold mining, hiking or walking the famous Trans Canada Trail, bird watching, quadding the crownlands surrounding the area plus , of course, Golfing at our beautiful 18 holes!

Summer nights are endless and then there is Winter….downhill and cross country ski trails are endless for the China Ridge Club, ski-doo country is abundant, and still more fishing, only on the ice! Princeton’s curling and hockey clubs are a force to be reckoned with and provide fantastic entertainment! Real Estate is simply my passion: residential, recreational¸ or commercial, tell me your dreams and I will work my hardest to make them a reality!

I have 16 years of experience in this business, working to bring Buyer’s and Seller’s together in a successful transaction. It’s what I do best and would love the opportunity to bring you results no matter if you’re buying or selling in the area-Princeton, Manning Park, Hedley, Tulameen, Missezula, and the 3 Lakes to name a few but not limited to! Hobbies and Interests include downhill skiing, ski-doo, hiking, yoga, dance and music, karate, cooking and always working on my spiritual growth! I look forward to hearing from you! Let’s get busy!

Princeton is a community that I enjoy being a part of. It's because of the geography, the high quality of life, and the small town friendly attitude that I really feel fortunate to have grown up in such a great place.

I had worked in retail management at Overwaitea Food Group for 10 years where I learned that hard work, professional service, and honesty benefits both my clients and peers. But I decided it was time for a career change and wanted to take on a new challenge in my life. So I studied and successfully passed the Real Estate course at the Sauder School of Business division of the University of British Columbia in June, 2007.

I now realize that this exciting career is what I should have been doing all along and I enjoy helping to make informed decisions on buying and selling Real Estate. Whether in the office or in a crawl space I'm here to get the job done because it can be a very stressful experience and I strive to make it as easy and simple as possible.

I enjoy being active and playing outdoors. Hobbies include: dirt-biking, snowboarding, playing hockey and have been a member of the Princeton Volunteer Fire Department for 4 years.

Throughout many years, my family and I would travel to Princeton, from the coast, to camp, fish and visit our relatives. After going through a permanent Pulp Mill closure in Squamish, my family and I moved to Princeton in 2006. Life is an adventure and we picked Princeton to start new. With a great love for the area and a history in the hospitality industry, I decided Real Estate was a natural path for me to follow. We have deep family roots in this valley and have always loved the Similkameen with its hot, sun filled summer days for exploring the mountains, valleys, lakes, rivers and creeks.

My personal motto is:
Understanding and Exceeding your Expectations.

Let me assist you in finding your dream home, in a neighbourhood that is right for you, and in the price range you want. Or if you are interested in selling a property, I also have the expertise to help you get the fastest sale possible and at the best price. Come and see our other beautiful neighbourhoods - Tulameen, Coalmont and Otter Lake. Osprey Lake, Missezula Lake and Allison Lake. Eastgate (Manning Park), Keremeos and Hedley! All in the sunny Similkameen Valley!

I look forward to the opportunity of working for you!

Having been born and raised in the Princeton area it makes me happy to be returning home to sell real estate.  My family has lived here for 4 generations, I know what a great place Princeton is and how many great opportunities there are available.

Leaving town at 15 to pursue my professional hockey career gave me a chance to experience many exciting places and enjoy wonderful times but it also made me realize how lucky we really are.  I was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in 1995 and went on to sign with the St. Louis Blues. The next 13 seasons had me all over the country playing in the AHL, IHL, UHL, ECHL, and even time over in England!

Hockey has given me many great memories and taught me many great lessons. Over the years I have learned that to be successful you have to set goals, be dedicated and loyal, and most importantly, work hard. Now having finished my hockey career I am excited to move onto my next challenge. I am ready to work as hard at real estate as I have at hockey. I hope I can help you or your family buy or sell your home in the near future.

My enthusiasm for real estate and my appreciation for the quality of life we enjoy here in town comes from my deep roots in Princeton, myself being born and raised here, along with my father, grandmother and great-grandfather.
I enjoy all of the outdoor activities the area offers and my hobbies include camping, hiking and slow-pitch. There's nothing quite like heading into the back-country and enjoying the sunset by a lake with my fishing rod.
I will combine innovative marketing techniques, research, knowledge of the area and all the valuable tools and resources available to me to guarantee a positive experience in the purchase or sale of your property or home.
